Incomplete or ambiguous source material remains a matter for review. Generated text is not treated as proof that a control is effective or a requirement has been satisfied.
Legal interpretation, regulatory sign-off and acceptance of risk remain with the firm’s authorised people.
Before deployment, the proposal identifies the AI provider arrangements, permitted data, retention and applicable processing terms. Sensitive material is handled within the agreed access and review controls.
